Idea for Thanksgiving Day Leftovers

Curried Turkey Salad

1/3 cup low fat mayonnaise
1/3 cup non fat greek yogurt (plain)
3 tablespoons cranberry relish
1 T curry powder, to taste
1/4 cup celery, chopped
1 medium apple chopped
1/2 cup chopped grapes or raisins
2 tablespoon finely chopped green onion
2 tablespoons chopped pecans, optional
2 cups diced leftover turkey
Salt & pepper to taste

Preparation:
Combine mayonnaise, yogurt, cranberry relish and curry powder in a bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients, adding a little more yogurt if needed to moisten more. Mix until well combined. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours to allow favors to develop. Serves about 4 as a main dish or luncheon salad or about 6 as a sandwich filling.
